Arrived with a piece broken off the roof. Product description says the side is hinged for easy cleaning. Not true!!! The house is solidly screwed together from all angles. Cust'er Service Rep says the product description says the bottom flips down. Not true!! The bottom is firmly held in place by long staples. There is a wide gap on one side of the floor next to the wall. Maybe all that nesting material is supposed to slide out that. HA! HA!
