We've gotten a lot of Chickadee and Nuthatch visits with it. Had to figure out a way to keep the squirrels from it. It's on a high hooked post with a cone about 5 feet up from the ground on the post.
The feeders are exactly what I wanted, they attracted the birds right away, where in the past it would take them awhile to adjust to something new. Thank you very much and my birds thank you.
The Chickadee feeder is great. However, it isn't indestructible. We live in the foothills of the Rockies and get really high winds and occasionally a bear will show up. The feeder just can't withstand either of those things so this makes the 4th one we have purchased. The chickadees love it and so do we. The bird store we go to doesn't sell them anymore so we now buy it online. We received it in less time that they said it would take.
