I love the seed hoop! I have pigeons (have counted 30 at one time in my yard) that I cannot get rid they come and eat the bird seed that drops from the feeders. I hooked only 3 of the rope hangers to the hoop the pigeons try to land on the hoop but due to they are so big they cause the hoop to move which in turn throws their balance off (now seed spills when this happens due to the lip on the hoop), but to the little birds this is not problem to them because they are much lighter in weight. Pigeons are pretty much gone now and I love watching the little birds eat...I feel like the food is not being wasted using the hoop (which is light weight, material breathes to allow moisture through, and easy to clean)!!! Saves me money on seed!!

This seed hoop is the ABSOLUTE BEST seed catcher I've ever used!! The 30-inch size is just perfect for catching everything those messy (but cute) little birds throw around. I have mine attached to the top of my wire mesh tube feeder and it comes on and off in just seconds for very easy cleaning! It's also in a pretty windy area and I haven't had any problems with it blowing around because it's a very secure fit and very adjustable so I can see how it would work for any feeder. I'm saving so much money on seed too! I'm now only filling my feeder about 1/3 full now and the birds eat out of the feeder and the seed tray. The doves that usually feed off of the ground are now hopping in the tray too...they love it and it's quite comical to watch them bounce around. :) I would DEFINITELY recommend this tray to control your seed mess and save money by not wasting so much seed! I won't use anything else now..I'm hooked!
