I have now purchased, assembled and installed eight bluebird boxes in an attempt to develop a bluebird trail in my town. I find it a great product with good materials and easy construction.

The product was delivered very quickly, which I appreciated. I ordered this kit for a children's class because the description implied that it screwed together. I was very disappointed to discover that it NAILS together. This was impossible for the children to manage. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS KIT FOR CHILDREN!!! It is difficult even for an adult to nail it together, as the wood is very hard and there are no pre-drilled holes. You have to balance the sides on the back and try to nail them on, which was quite hard to do. To make matters worse, the nails were cheap and often bent. On the up side, the wood was of good quality and the delivery was prompt.
I bought this item for my father for Fathers Day. He was very happy with it. It was simple to put together and after he put some polyurethane on it, it was already for tenants!
