I think the product is an excellent one and since I have used it, I have been getting a variety of birds, when I purchased the feeder I thought it was a smaller version of the double sided one I already owned, this is a one side feeder. The only con I had was it was not made in America.

This feeder is great! We had squirrel problems with feeders in the past, but not with this one. And it is very easy to keep filled with seed, and it attracts cardinals, blue jays, and the like. We are very happy with this squirrel proof bird feeder.

We love the feeder...the birds do as well. We were looking for a feeder to attract Cardinals. So far we've only seen a few actually feed from the perch...they feed mostly on the ground under the feeder. Perhaps it takes some time for them to feel comfortable with this need feeder in our yard. It's a nice sturdy feeder that is easy to fill. We mounted it on a pole. Looks great and should last a long time.

The birds love our new feeder. It is sturdy enough to allow the larger birds to use it without a problem. We are really happy to have bought It is a quality item.

Love the bird feeder. It keeps the squirrels out so only birds can eat from it. Our other feeders are over run with squirrels.

The feeder I have is the single side & the birds seem to love it.I called the supplier & said there was as much seed on the ground as there was in the feeder. They sent me a screen to hold back some of the seed to prevent the seed from being pushed out of the feeder. It didn't work.None of the birds came back.I removed the screen & the birds came back.It must have been that the screen held back the larger seed & prevented the smaller seeds from coming forward. Other than that the feeder pulls in a lot of birds. I just have to clean the top every time I put more seed in it. Great feeder.

This feeder does exactly what it claims - feeds the birds, while foiling the squirrels. Watching the squirrels attempting to figure out how to get at the bird seed was very entertaining. We especially like the fact that it holds enough bird seed so that frequent refills are no longer necessary.

I purchased this for my grandson-in+law in Arkansas as his last feeder was destroyed by deer. I have had one for several years to prevent squirrels from eating the bird seed. We must have smart squirrels in California as they have become acrobats and have been able to get to the bird food anyway. Also I recommend that you make the perch out of metal as the squirrels have chewed threw the wooden perch. At least the squirrels have not been able to destroy the metal container.

It is easy to use, birds love it, and squirrels hate it! What more can one ask?

One of the best feeders I now own. It REALLY keeps the squirrels from getting all of the expensive seeds that they were getting before.

This bird feeder has confused the local squirrel population, but it has also taken the cardinals a month to try it out. We see all types of other birds use it. Overall, we are pleased with your product!

I was sick and tired of the squirrels emptying my bird feed from my bird feeder until I purchased the Heritage Farms' squirrel proof bird feeder. The squirls now eat bird seed from the ground because, they can't eat seed from the bird feeder. The price was well worth it and the shipping was prompt.

This feeder keeps those pesky squirrels out of the bird feed. I have tried others and they just do not work as well as this feeder.

This feeder is a must for people who love birds. I enjoy it because it has a feature to adjust what kinds of birds eat from the feeder based on their weight. I also enjoy it because squirrels cannot eat from this feeder.

Positive: Quality, sturdy construction. Holds more seed than a cylinder feeder, requiring less frequent refills. Haven's seen any squirrels feeding. Minus: still working on best hanging position, when level, birds eat my chipped sunflower seed from front openings, & then I manually tip remaining seed (from back of feeder to front) - doesn't have the advantage that gravity provides in a cylinder feeder.

The way the "floor" slopes (or doesn't) does not allow the seeds to slide to the front. A similar one we have does. And, our local squirrel likes to sit on the roof and scoop the feed out of the tray. NOTHING IS squirrel proof!

I prefer a balance system on the bar rather than the spring that is currently on there.

Once I closed off the whole in the side, the squirrels gave up. It works better than any other feeder I've tried. Thanks!

I haven't seen the bird feeder because I bought if for my father and had is shipped directly to him. He tells me that it is, indeed, squirrel-proof and it has provided great entertainment watching the squirrels try to eat from it.

My son bought me this feeder for Christmas two years ago. The squirrels have given up trying to get to the seeds and I now have many more birds feeding in my backyard. My only complaint is that too many of the seeds fall to the ground while the birds are feeding.

I like the bird feeder HF7511I I purchased! The order process was simple for the internet and the product was delivered as advertised. This is a good and easy site to maneuver. Keep up the good work.

This is a good feeder that is durable. I use two of them. If you use them, you should check them frequently for trapped birds. I have had to rescue smaller birds, such as juncos and chickadees that get trapped inside.

I must have very smart squirrels. They hang upside down off the side and eat the seed by sticking their heads under the bar. It is still a good bird feeder.

I bought this feeder so that my cardinals and other larger birds had more room to stand on the perch. However, they won't touch it! They will use the other feeders with the same food, even though there is not enough room for them to perch to eat, but will not go near the green feeder. I love the looks of it and it should have been perfect for our yard. :(

Our squirrels sit on the top of this feeder and reach to a corner of the front to snatch the seeds. I had to tape a plastic container across the top to block them from reaching the food. Other than that, the birds love it!

I had hoped that this feeder would solve my large bird problems, but it did not. Jays and Flickers were able to easily access it. Also, because it is accessible only from one side, it prevented more than 3-4 birds feeding at any one time. The clingers were fishing seed out of the tiny holes on the left and right sides.

I purchased this feeder to keep the blackbirds and other large mean birds from using it. It is on a pole with the squirrel proof baffle to protect the birds. I purchased this feeder two weeks ago and not one bird has used it. I purchased the best bird food to buy. No birds. This was an expensive feeder and I thought it was a good choice and it is not.
